Known as “Florida’s Best Kept Secret”, Navarre Beach is located on a barrier island in Santa Rosa County, eight miles east of Pensacola Beach.

Situated between the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound, Navarre Beach stretches approximately 3.6 miles from the Navarre Causeway to the Gulf Islands National Seashore, a federally protected national park with its own very unique ecosystem.

Villa Navarre is located in the quiet, gated community of Sailmaker Cove, the last development before entering the National Seashore. Views from the deck face due West and provide you with your own personal sunsets each night.

For beach dwellers, the semi-private section of the beach is a short 3-minute walk to the seclusion you’ve been seeking. Equally attractive, the Santa Rosa Sound is a 2-minute walk and offers sand and shallow water access, ideal for families with little ones who can play in the water without the worry of breaking waves.

There is also a community pool for those who want relaxation without the salt and sand.
